In our store, you'll find everything you need to make your creative work easier—from the right yarn to specialty feet. Everything available online is also available for purchase in person.

Our store is located in Hamburg-Hummelsbüttel. You can reach us by taking the U1 to Langenhorn Markt, then by bus for two stops. By car, you can reach us via the A7 or A1, then via the Ring 3 motorway. We are also just 5 minutes from the airport.

We repair what you love. Your sewing machine deserves a long life. In our workshop, we service and repair your machine with care and expertise. The only requirement is that the right spare parts are available.

Machines from us
We prefer to service and repair machines purchased from us. This gives us quick access to suitable spare parts – and we know every screw, every detail. Because knowing a machine's history allows us to maintain it better.

We welcome your machine. Even if you didn't purchase your sewing or embroidery machine from us, we're here to help.
Many specialist shops have now closed – that’s why we are happy to take over maintenance and service.
Please note: Warranty repairs can only be processed through the respective dealer.
For all other concerns – be it an inspection, cleaning or repair – we are happy to help you.
