Shipping policy

We ship your order with reliable delivery partners such as DHL or UPS.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–4 working days, unless a different delivery time is stated for the product. Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €5.99. Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping within Germany.

Different shipping rates apply to other EU countries. These are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is currently not available.

Digital products such as embroidery designs, knitting patterns and video courses are available digitally immediately after purchase. Activation codes for embroidery software are requested from the relevant manufacturer after you place your order and are generally emailed to you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

If part of your order is not immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. You will not incur additional shipping costs.

Collection in Hamburg is available. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
