Our store is located in Hamburg-Hummelsbüttel. You can reach us by taking the U1 to Langenhorn Markt, then by bus for two stops. By car, you can reach us via the A7 or A1, then via the Ring 3 motorway. We are also just 5 minutes from the airport.

Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes! You can purchase products from our online shop and pick them up at our Hamburg specialist store . Many accessories and machines are in stock. Simply select "Pickup in store" during checkout – we'll contact you as soon as everything is ready.
Can I view and take products home with me in the store?
Of course. At our showroom in Hamburg, you can experience machines and accessories live and take them home with you . You can view our inventory on the product page.
For a detailed consultation, we recommend that you book an appointment in advance.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders received by 12 noon are usually dispatched the same business day . You will always receive a tracking number via email .
How does a repair or maintenance work for you?
We prefer to service and repair machines purchased from us. However, we also inspect third-party devices if the dealer no longer exists. Send us an email with photos or a video of the problem – we'll get back to you as soon as possible with an assessment.

Which sewing machine is suitable for beginners?
If you're new to sewing, your first sewing machine should be one thing above all: uncomplicated. An automatic needle threader, reliable stitch quality, and intuitive operation are essential. An LED light, a free arm for sewing curves, and clear instructions also make getting started much easier.
For beginners, we recommend computer-controlled models. They offer all the important basic functions without being overwhelming – and still leave room for growth if you want more later.
A practical tip: Make sure that you buy the machine from a specialist shop that will provide you with support and maintenance even after the purchase.

Which embroidery machine is suitable for beginners?
It all depends on what you want to do with the embroidery machine. There's no one-size-fits-all decision to make: "Buy a Brother or a Bernina!" Do you embroider large or small designs ? Does speed play a role in the smooth running of your business? Is the motor powerful enough for your fabric?

Can I create embroidery files myself?
Yes! With suitable embroidery software, you can create your own designs. Programs like Creativate (formerly mySewnet) or Bernina V9 offer a wide range of tools – from simple motifs to complex logos. We're happy to advise you.
