2. Subject of the Sweepstake
Make ma GmbH is hosting a sweepstake as part of its Mother's Day campaign 2026. Vouchers will be raffled off among all eligible orders.

3. Prize
Prizes include:

3 × €100 vouchers for the makema.de store

The vouchers can be redeemed both in the online shop and in the physical store. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to other persons is excluded.

4. Participation Period
The sweepstake begins on March 27, 2026 and ends on May 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM German local time.

Crucial for participation is that the order was placed and fully paid within this period.

5. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in the European Union.

Employees of Make ma GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

6. Participation in the Sweepstake
All orders automatically participate in the sweepstake that:

• are placed in the Make ma GmbH online shop between March 27, 2026 and May 10, 2026, 11:59 PM German local time, and
• have been fully paid within this period.

A minimum order value is not required.

Every eligible order automatically participates in the sweepstake. Multiple orders per person are permitted and will be considered individually, provided they meet the participation requirements.

Canceled, unpaid, chargebacked, or fully returned orders will not be considered. In these cases, the eligibility to participate is retroactively forfeited.

7. Winner Determination
Winners will be determined by random draw from all eligible orders on May 27, 2026.

8. Notification of Winners
Notification will be sent by email to the email address provided with the order.

If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days after the notification is sent, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, Make ma GmbH is entitled to conduct a new draw.

9. Redemption of Vouchers
Vouchers can be redeemed in the online shop at makema.de and in the Make ma GmbH physical store.

10. Exclusion of Participants
Make ma GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstake in case of violations of these terms and conditions, false information, attempts at manipulation, or a justified suspicion of abusive participation.

11. Data Protection
In the course of conducting the sweepstake, Make ma GmbH processes participants' personal data, in particular name, order number, email address, and, in the event of a win, any other necessary information.

The processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of conducting the sweepstake, in particular for determining and notifying the winners.

Participation in the sweepstake is not dependent on a newsletter subscription or consent to advertising measures.

12. Premature Termination or Modification of the Sweepstake
Make ma GmbH reserves the right to prematurely terminate or adjust the sweepstake for important reasons if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to legal, technical, or organizational reasons.

13. Liability
Make ma GmbH is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body, or health, as well as according to mandatory legal provisions, remains unaffected.

14. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.

15. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
