Embroidery Software for Mac & Windows

With the right embroidery software, you can edit embroidery files, combine designs, add lettering and—depending on the version—professionally digitise your own artwork. This collection includes options for Mac and Windows, from accessible editing tools to full digitising software.

The current software family is called CREATIVATE. CREATIVATE Essential is designed for editing and personalising existing designs, CREATIVATE Extra adds creative wizards and automatic digitising, and CREATIVATE Elite also includes manual digitising and comprehensive stitch editing. CREATIVATE Elite was previously known as mySewnet Platinum and, before that, PREMIER+ 2 ULTRA.

Not sure which version fits your workflow? Our CREATIVATE version comparison explains the differences. The CREATIVATE Elite or BERNINA V9 comparison also helps you choose based on operating system, workflow and features.
