Is your machine really not listed?

We notice that this form is being used even though your machine is listed. Before submitting, please check the following points

  1. For example, for Bernina B 500, enter B500 as a search term. Or for Brother Innov-is 880E, enter 880 as a search term. Your machine should then appear.
  2. Click on the machine. It will be immediately saved in your account.
  3. Mark the machine with a star if it is your main machine.
