How it works

Register your machine online and bring it to Lademannbogen 15 in Hamburg. The €50 deposit is applied toward the service. We consult you before major work.

Machines we accept

We maintain and repair sewing and embroidery machines manufactured from around 2000 onwards. For overlock and coverstitch machines, we provide maintenance only. Please bring overlock and coverstitch machines fully threaded to your appointment.

Costs and turnaround

Maintenance usually costs €80–120 plus required spare parts. The current turnaround is approximately two weeks. It may take longer if we need to wait for spare parts.

If a repair is not economically or technically viable, we charge a €50 service fee. You can apply the full amount toward the purchase of a new sewing machine from Make ma!
