This embroidery file set includes the complete alphabet from A to Z, plus a hyphen symbol – specially designed for use with Filaine yarn. The dense, textured yarn creates a fluffy, textile surface that can be subsequently roughened with the Filaine brush.

What is Filaine?
Filaine is a thick polyacrylic embroidery thread with a textile feel. After stitching, it can be brushed with a special wire brush, which raises the surface. This creates the typical Filaine fur effect – particularly impressive for area fillings such as letters.

Important: Only with Filaine does the full effect occur
The alphabet was precisely tailored to the properties of Filaine yarn. When used with standard embroidery threads, the letters appear visually narrower and less voluminous.
