Application

The set is used to replace a damaged, worn, or lost lever and its corresponding spring on compatible bernette embroidery hoops. First, carefully remove the defective components of the existing tensioning mechanism. Then, insert the spring and lever into the embroidery hoop according to their original arrangement.

Ensure that the spring is correctly seated and that the lever can then be moved easily. After assembly, the hoop should first be opened and closed without fabric. Then, test with a clamped piece of scrap fabric to see if the embroidery hoop closes securely and maintains tension reliably.

If in doubt, the replacement should be carried out by a bernette specialist dealer or an authorized workshop.
