  • The basis weight of 95 g/m² ensures high stability and supports embroidery on heavy fabrics.
  • The material consists of 75 % cellulose and 25 % polyester and is OEKO-TEX certified.
  • The nonwoven can be torn away lengthwise, crosswise, and diagonally after embroidering.
  • Gunold recommends STIFFY 1995 for caps, heavy woolen fabrics, jeans, jacket fabrics, saddle pads, car mats, carpets, and banners, among other things.

Application

Place a cut-out of STIFFY 1995 under the embroidery fabric and hoop both correctly for the embroidery device being used. Embroider the design, then remove the workpiece from the hoop and carefully tear off the excess fleece along the embroidery. For caps, the compact format particularly supports the workflow with suitable cap frames on multi-needle embroidery machines.
