The pattern of the HelgeSocks, which many have already knitted at the sockshype Sock Knitting Knit-Along 2020, has inspired me toHelga mittensinspired.

When working with the thumb wedge, it becomes clear that the pattern is actually a striped pattern interrupted by cabled slip stitches.

But it's not just the knitting pattern that's an eye-catcher with the Helga mittens, but also the double rolled edge as a cuff and the mouse-teeth edge as the upper finish in the hand area and on the thumb.

• 4-ply sock yarn – 420 m/100 g
  Main yarn approx. 25 g
  second yarn approx. 15 g
• Neko Bamboo flex needles or needle set size 2.5 mm
• Another set of playing needles or needle game, possibly half a size smaller
• sewing needle
• 1 stitch marker
• 2 safety pins
