Embroidery files with extra function: Patch variant integrated
The set includes separate patch versions for three of the four designs—planet, star, and moon. These files are designed to allow you to easily create sturdy iron-on patches from the motifs. The steps are well-thought-out, machine-guided, and can be implemented using standard stabilizer and Solvy.

How to make patches with your embroidery machine
You start with a tear-away backing, onto which the shape of the patch is pre-stitched. This serves as a precise template for your patch base, which you then cut out. Next, the Ultra Solvy is hooped and the patch base is placed precisely on the prepared embroidery field. A zigzag stitch secures the motif before all the colors are stitched and the satin edge is finished.

After embroidery, the patch can be removed cleanly along the perforation. BSN adhesive is applied to the back for iron-on application. This ensures your patch adheres securely – whether on bags, clothing, or accessories.

Individual and high-quality
The color selection is unlimited. Rayon yarns with a rich sheen, such as those from our Ocean color set, look particularly good. Whether tone-on-tone or high-contrast, every motif can be adapted to your project.
