ThePFAFF compensating foot for the IDT™ systemwas specially designed to easily handle difficult fabric transitions and height differences when sewing. Whether you're sewing over thick hems, multi-layered seams, or uneven materials, this foot ensures balanced fabric guidance and a clean, even stitch pattern.

The foot is especially helpful when sewing denim, thick fabrics like canvas or quilting, and transitions between thinner and thicker fabrics. The inclined foot automatically compensates for the different heights, preventing needle jams and uneven stitches.

Combined with PFAFF's integrated IDT™ system, the leveling foot ensures perfect fabric feed – even in difficult areas. This creates clean seams without shifting the material.
