With the decorative fringe foot from PFAFF, you can create three-dimensional loops, fluffy fringes, and creative surface effects – particularly striking on terry cloth or velvet.

Ideal for the PFAFF creative elevate 680: The decorative fringe stitch specially developed for this presser foot is already integrated into this machine. For other compatible PFAFF machines with USB stitch import, the stitch can be downloaded for free from PFAFF.

Characteristics
  • Original PFAFF presser foot with item number 821471096
  • The foot creates decorative loops and cut fringes.
  • It can also be used for tailor's tacks.
  • It is intended for PFAFF machines in groups D, G, J, K, and L.
  • The PFAFF creative elevate 680 already has the specially coordinated decorative fringe stitch integrated.
  • For compatible PFAFF machines with USB stitch import, the new fringe stitch can be downloaded free of charge from PFAFF and loaded via a USB stick.
  • With a suitable zigzag stitch, a stitch width between 2.5 and 6 mm is intended.
  • Polyester or cotton threads are suitable for cut loops.
  • The scope of delivery consists of one decorative fringe foot.
Application

Mark the motif and stabilize the fabric with embroidery fleece if necessary. Reduce the upper thread tension and sew the loops with the special PFAFF fringe stitch or a suitable zigzag stitch. For thicker thread, you should slightly increase the stitch length and sew a test piece first. When removing the fabric, hold the last loops firmly and knot the beginning and end threads on the back. The foot works particularly comfortably on the PFAFF creative elevate 680: The specially developed decorative fringe stitch is already integrated there and anchors the loops on the sides during sewing. The USB download option applies exclusively to compatible PFAFF machines that can import stitches via USB storage.
