Timely compensation foot for IDT system (JKL)

The PFAFF leveling foot (also known as the "timely leveling foot") is a special presser foot for sewing across uneven or significantly different material thicknesses. It reliably compensates for height differences and ensures even fabric feed – even with thick cross seams, felled seams, hem turns, or transitions from thin to thick.

The beveled front edge and the special foot shape help you smoothly negotiate "sewing steps" without skipping stitches or causing the fabric to slip. Combined with the proven IDT™ system, the fabric remains stable and neatly guided during transport – ideal for jeans, softshell, thick cotton fabrics, or multiple folded edges.

The foot is compatible with PFAFF machines in categories J, K, and L and is suitable for practical sewing work as well as for projects with thick layers or complex transitions – e.g., bags, jackets, upcycling, or repairs.
