The PRYM THERMO marking pen is the clean solution for all those markings you only need temporarily when sewing, embroidering, patchwork, quilting, or appliquéing. The set includes two heat-soluble marking pens: one with a white lead for dark fabrics and one with a blue lead for light fabrics. This ensures that lines, registration marks, or stencil edges remain clearly visible – without permanently inking your project.

Removing the markings is particularly easy: all you need is an iron. The markings disappear when ironed without steam (adjust the temperature to the fabric type; PRYM recommends using a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics). For minor corrections, the line can also be erased with the integrated eraser; alternatively, the markings can be removed by washing.

The set combines two lead colors (blue/white) for good visibility on different fabric colors. Markings can be removed by ironing without steam; corrections are also possible using the integrated eraser, or alternatively, by washing. For reliable results, the manufacturer recommends preliminary testing on the fabric and storing the marker vertically with the cap facing down to prevent drying out.

1. Choose the appropriate marker: blue for light fabrics, white for dark fabrics.
2. Apply lines/markings (e.g. sewing lines, registration marks, templates).
3. Test in an inconspicuous area before starting, as materials react differently.
4. Remove markings after sewing/embroidering: with an iron without steam and at a temperature appropriate for the fabric; use a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics.
5. Correct minor mistakes: use the integrated eraser; alternatively, wash/wash.
