The needle is part of the provenSystem DBxK5, which is used in professional industrial embroidery machines such asTajima, Barudan, ZSK or Happy JapanIts precise workmanship and smooth surfaces ensure optimal thread path, minimize thread breakage, and ensure a clean, flawless embroidery image – even with tight patterns and at high speeds.

It is particularly suitable for use with standard embroidery threads of size 40 (e.g. rayon or polyester).

Recommendation:
Change the needle regularly (after about 8 hours) or when thread breaks, skipped stitches or distortions occur in the embroidery.
