The socks start with an elegantEstonian cast-onand a decorative cuff that creates a pretty entry. On the front of the shaft, you knit a fine Roosimine pattern. Later, a separate Roosimine pattern adorns the back. The pattern also shows you how toColor changesavoid unsightly steps and thus create a perfect transition.

Particularly sophisticated is theIncrease heel, where the increases start at the center back and are decoratively accentuated with Roosimine stripes. Another Roosimine pattern follows before the socks are finished with the popularSling star tipcomplete.

Materials

• approx. 60 g sock yarn - 420 m/100 g in the main color
• approx. 30 g sock yarn – 420 m/100 g in a contrasting color
• 1 x 2.5 mm double-pointed needle. Alternatively: 1 x circular knitting needle or other double-pointed needle in the specified size. Tight knitters may want to choose a needle size ¼ to ½ larger.
• 1 – 2 wool spools (The instructions include DIY instructions for making a wool spool out of paper.)
• 4 stitch markers
• 1 sewing needle
• 1 pair of scissors
