TheSock frame set from HappyJapanis a high-quality accessory for all embroidery machines with an arm width of 360 mm, e.g., from the HCH or HCS series, as well as the HCU and HCD series. It was specially developed for the requirements of sock embroidery and enables precise and time-saving work on small textile surfaces.

The set consists of a sturdy sock frame holder, two sock frames, and a practical clamping aid. These components ensure easy handling and reliable sock fixation. This prevents both material distortion and unwanted slipping during the embroidery process – for a perfect, even embroidery pattern.

Thanks to its sophisticated design, the set is easy to assemble and suitable for a wide variety of socks – from children's sizes to sporty workwear styles. The accessories are precisely tailored to HappyJapan machines and deliver consistently high embroidery quality.

The hooping aid is attached to the edge of a table. A stabilizer (e.g., tear-away interfacing) is placed over the lower part of the sock frame. The sock is pulled over the hooping aid, positioned, and then secured with the upper frame. The frame is then removed, and the free leg of the sock is pulled over the edge of the frame to prevent it from being accidentally stitched.

The finished frame is now inserted into the machine's sock frame holder. The machine will embroider the left sock first. If the motif is identical, it only needs to be positioned once – the right sock will automatically be correctly positioned. For efficient work, we recommend hooping the second sock of the next pair while the first is being embroidered.
