Machine Embroidery Starter Set – 5 Madeira Essentials

The bundle contains five coordinated Madeira products for typical embroidery projects.

• 1 × Madeira Cotton Soft, white, 30 cm × 10 m – soft tear-away stabiliser for many non-stretch fabrics
• 1 × Madeira Super Strong, white, 30 cm × 5 m – permanent cut-away stabiliser for dense embroidery and demanding materials
• 1 × Madeira Avalon Film, transparent, 30 cm × 10 m – water-soluble embroidery film used as a topping
• 1 × Madeira Bobbinfil 60, white 1001, 1,000 m – fine bobbin thread for embroidery machines
• 1 × Madeira Universal embroidery needles NM 75, system 130/705 H-E, 5 pieces – for compatible household embroidery machines

The selection covers key basics from stabilising to choosing a suitable needle.

• Cotton Soft can be carefully torn away after embroidery.
• Super Strong remains on the fabric for permanent support and is trimmed close to the design.
• Avalon Film is removed with water and is suitable as a topping on terry cloth, plush and other textured surfaces.
• White Bobbinfil 60 provides 1,000 m of fine polyester bobbin thread.
• Five Universal embroidery needles in NM 75 use the household needle system 130/705 H-E.

Choose the stabiliser and needle to suit the material, design density and your machine manual.

• For many firm woven fabrics, hoop Cotton Soft with the fabric and carefully tear it away after embroidery.
• For stretchy fabrics or dense designs, place Super Strong underneath, hoop both together and trim it close to the embroidery afterwards.
• On terry cloth, plush and high-pile fabrics, use Avalon Film as a topping and remove the residue with water.
• Use Bobbinfil 60 as white bobbin thread when suitable for the machine and project.
• Only use the NM 75 needle if your machine supports system 130/705 H-E, and make a test embroidery first.
