LovisSocks are cozy socks with a beautiful, easy-to-knit cable pattern on the upper foot and leg. They are worked backwards, from the toe up to the cuff. These socks are known in knitting jargon as "toe-up socks."

Knitting techniques of the »LOVIS«

As with many sockshype sock designs, special knitting techniques are also used for the Lovis socks:

  • Toe Up
  • from the tip to the cuff
  • easy-to-knit cable pattern
  • Knitting with a circular knitting needle (with the Magic Loop method)
  • reinforced heel with spike
  • elastic cast-off with yarn over
