TheSULKY® Original Metallic Yarnis a high-quality, metal-coated embroidery thread with a dyed polyester core. Developed for demanding embroidery and sewing projects, it adds a sophisticated, shimmering accent to textiles. The precise color matching between core and sheath ensures that the sheen remains the focus – even if the core should show through slightly in dense patterns.

This thread is ideal for machine embroidery, decorative stitches, free-motion quilting, and decorative accents on festive textiles. It is vegan-friendly, robust, and its sturdy construction makes it suitable for many fabric types. For optimal stitching, we recommend using an external thread holder, a moderate stitch speed, and the appropriate needle size (75-90 NM).

Please note that this yarn should only be used as the top thread. We recommend using classic embroidery thread or bobbin filament as the bobbin thread.
