Sulky REFLECTIVE 30 – Reflective Embroidery Thread

SULKY REFLECTIVE 30combines creative design with a real safety advantage. The special reflective thread ensures that embroideries and decorative seams light up intensely when illuminated – for example, by car headlights. This not only creates extraordinary optical effects but also significantly improves visibility in the dark and in poor light conditions. This is made possible by special reflective materials that reflect incident light directly back to the light source.

As a further development of the well-known SULKY CRY, REFLECTIVE 30 has been specifically optimized. It convinces with significantly improved stitchability, smooth machine running, and high processing quality. The thread is suitable for both machine embroidery and decorative sewing, for decorative seams, edge finishes, and many other creative projects.

REFLECTIVE 30 is particularly popular for sportswear, children's clothing, dog accessories, bags, hats, headbands, gloves, or patches. Even fine contours and small embroidery motifs create impressive reflections while increasing visibility.

For optimal results, the manufacturer recommends a universal or top-stitch needle in size NM 80–90. When embroidering, a slightly looser stitch density should be chosen, and very short stitches and dense underlay stitches should be avoided.
