Sulky Ultra Stable

Sulky® Ultra Stableis a high-quality, iron-on cut-away stabilizer for permanently stabilizing fabrics for sewing and embroidery projects. It is particularly suitable for elements such as collars, pockets, or cuffs that require a secure hold. Even with stitch-intensive embroidery motifs, Ultra Stable ensures optimal fabric fixation and prevents warping or shrinkage.

The smooth, glossy side of the material contains an iron-on coating that bonds to the fabric under heat. The backing is pressed onto the fabric with an iron for 12–15 seconds before embroidery or sewing, reliably securing it to the fabric. Sulky® Ultra Stable is made from 100% polyester and is certified according toOEKO-TEX® Standard 100certified – perfect for high-quality and durable textile projects.

1. Cut Ultra Stable to the desired size.
2. Place shiny side down on the back of the fabric.
3. Press with an iron for 12-15 seconds (do not push).
4. Sew or embroider the fabric as desired.
5. Ultra Stable remains permanently fixed and gives the fabric stability – even after washing.
