Sulky Poly Deco 40 (King) – 820 m

SULKY Poly Deco 40 – King is a high-quality 40-count polyester embroidery thread on an extra-large 820 m spool. It combines a brilliant appearance with outstanding stability. The uniform thread structure ensures perfect embroidery results – especially for fine lettering, logos, or on robust textiles such as sportswear or workwear. The special trilobal fiber structure gives the thread a silky sheen while making it extremely tear-resistant and colorfast – even when washed and bleached at temperatures up to 95°C.

SULKY Poly Deco 40 is inserted into the upper thread tension of the embroidery machine and combined with a suitable bobbin thread (e.g., Bobby Syn or Cotton Bobbin). For optimal results, we recommend using a 75–90 mm needle, depending on the fabric. This thread is particularly suitable for satin stitches, fill patterns, and lettering.
